Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the customer, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Examples of cancellations included in Customer Convenience.
1、It is going to rain on the day of the event.
2、A typhoon has occurred.
(except in the case of an evacuation order issued by a public institution in the Kamiura area of Saeki City)
3、If you or your companion become ill.
About Fireworks
Only hand-held fireworks are available.
Prohibited items: fireworks, firecrackers and other loud noises.
Please enjoy your time and use in a manner that is considerate of other guests.
About BBQ and bonfires
Available in front of the cottage. Please be sure to use a fire sheet when making a bonfire.用ください。
Open fires are not permitted in front of the cottages or on the lawn surface.
Music
No loud equipment or speakers are allowed.
(Music players, car audio systems, etc., should also be turned up to a reasonable volume.)
About Pets
*If you are staying in a cottage that can accommodate you.

Brush before entering the room. Please bring your own corrottes and pet sheets (required).
In case of staining or damage to the room, you will be charged for the actual cost.
(Example: If there was a large amount of hair loss – 5,000 yen for special cleaning,
(e.g., if there is a lot of hair loss – special cleaning fee of 5,000 yen, if there are traces of having used the bath – special cleaning and sanitization fee of 15,000 yen)
garbage disposal fee
Burnable trash – 300 yen per garbage bag
Resource garbage – 300 yen per garbage bag (plastic bottles, cans)
*Please take bottles and noncombustible waste with you to avoid damage.
